Egypt's new constitution was approved with 63.8 percent.
Judge Samir Abu el-Matti of the Supreme Election Committee announced results of the two-round referendum on the new constitution.
63.8 percent of voters said "yes" while 36.2 percent said "no" in the referendum, el-Matti said.
The result followed votes held on December 15 and on December 22.
The final official turnout was 32.9 percent.
