DAMASCUS (AA) - Syrian Prime Minister Wael al-Halqi was the target of Monday's bomb attack in Mezzeh neighborhood of Damascus.
Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) on Monday said that many individuals were killed and others wounded dua to the blast that took place near a park in Mezzeh neighborhood.
Syrian state TV channel announced on Monday that today's bomb attack targeted Prime Minister al-Halqi but that al-Halqi survived the blast with no injuries.
Local sources told the Anadolu Agency (AA) that so far no group claimed responsibility for the bomb attack and that at least 7 people were killed and 10 others wounded in the blast.
