International community must give a rapid response to North Korea's provocative act
John Kerry also mentioned North Korea's recent nuclear test as a fearlessly, provocative and unnecessary act.
Kerry underlined that international community had to give a rapid, clear and strong response to North Korea's provocative act.
Just as we can not permit North Korea to display such a fearless act, we can not permit the same for Iran, Kerry emphasized.
The response we will give to North Korea will have an impact on our efforts to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons, Kerry also said.
