ANKARA
Turkish Foreign Ministry said Armenia's opening of Khankendi Airport in Upper Karabakh as of September 28 was a provocation.
A statement by the ministry said on Friday that such a step was a provocation that would impede the negotiation process for a solution to Upper Karabakh issue.
Such a move would not help peace, stability and prosperity in Caucasus, it added.
