JEDDAH (AA) - July 19, 2012 - General Secretary Prof. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) rejected so-called presidential election in Upper Karabakh.
In a statement released on Thursday, Ihsanoglu refuted the so-called election in Upper Karabakh while the area was occupied.
Ihsanoglu stated that the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia should be sorted out in a fair and peaceful way.
