France that launched a military intervention in Mali, increases the number of troops and ammunitions in that country.
Spokesman for the General Staff of France colonel Thierry Burkhard said additional troops were sent and the number of military helicopters were increased in Mali but he did not give a specific number.
On delivering armoured vehicles and ammunitions to Mali, the UK, Denmark and Belgium help France via their freighters. The US is supporting French military on flying boom and intelligence.

Tunisia extended security measures around France's Tunisian Embassy early on Thursday.
Whereas Tunisian security forces surrounded the area with barbed wire, all roads around the embassy were closed to traffic.
Sources speaking to AA stressed that they took security measurements in the scope of avoiding any attacks from protestors in reaction to French military's intervention in Mali.
Announcement published on the Embassy's official website that French citizens in Tunisia were warned to be cautious and not to travel to the south of the country.
