BEIJING
China unveiled its first large passenger aircraft Monday, the narrow-body jet rolling off the assembly line in Shanghai in front of a large Chinese flag.
State news agency Xinhua reported the C919 as having 158 seats and a standard flight range of 4,075 km (2532 miles).
The plane was manufactured by Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (COMAC).
